LUXOOM is formed by a team of professionals who work on creating happier homes with great enthusiasm. To make the whole process easy and to avoid mistakes, we inform you of some important points to keep in mind when making a purchase to order.
– BUDGETS AND ORDERS
All our products are offered at recommended retail price and we include free transport and installation service for all furniture orders with delivery in the Campo de Gibraltar, Gibraltar, and western Costa del Sol area.
If delivery is delivered to a different location, it may entail an added charge, anyhow we study each individual case to try to adjust as much as possible the price of each service needed.
The client will receive a detailed furnishing estimate in accordance with their requests and measurements, as well as information on the different finishes and options chosen so that they know what they are always buying.
We ask that you make sure you give us the most accurate data possible so that there is no error when assembling or installing.
It can occur in some natural materials such as stone, woods, or fabrics, that the colour, the texture, or some characteristic varies slightly due to being unique pieces and products derived from nature.
It is important that you inform us about the place of delivery, if it is freely accessible or has any special characteristic that prevents a piece of furniture from being easily inserted into a space, as this may result in an extraordinary cost of which we must inform you.
If the customer buys an item according to their particular specifications and clearly personalized (choice of colour, size, leather or upholstery), they will not be able to withdraw from the purchase contract once manufacturing has begun, even if it has not yet been delivered.
– DELIVERY TIMES
Almost all our furniture is special because it is only made to order and manufactured in Europe, passing quality standards higher than those required by other countries. That is why they are only put into production once the order is confirmed and after it has been paid, and it is because of this individuality that there is a delivery period stipulated by each manufacturer, of which we inform you during the sale and which is met regularly. . In the event of any delay due to causes beyond LUXOOM’s control, or force majeure, we will keep you informed of the arrival and we will do our best to expedite the delivery, but we will not be able to return the payment of the order.
– ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS
We can provide professional electric installations on a specific budget for each project if this service is requested.
– PAYMENT METHODS
Orders are only launched once a bank transfer or bank deposit of 60% of the order is made. The rest of the amount may be transferred at least 24 hours before assembly by sending the receipt of the order by email to the store. If the furniture arrives on time and the customer is not prepared to receive the merchandise for reasons beyond LUXOOM’s control, he must pay up to 90% of the total.
If a piece of furniture has any damage due to transport or manufacturing, LUXOOM will take care of the arrangements to make the change and a new order always when notified in the next 24 hours of arrival.
Luxoom will not reimburse furniture which has been correctly delivered.
When we deliver the furniture to you, our installers will take photos to document your work and ask you to sign the delivery.
Damages, including those caused during transport or failure in the operation of the products, will not be accepted or held responsible unless you notify us by email or telephone within 24 hours after the date of receipt.
